No, we are a Full-Service real estate company although, we do put in the River counties MLS and Chattanooga MLS, we are a local company with our office located in Cleveland, TN that takes pride on Saving our clients Thousands of dollars in real estate commissions.
How Come You Charge $500 upfront to list my home,lot etc... When other agents dont charge anything for this?
Its Simple...The upfront money goes to marketing your home "the right way"...not the Fluffy Way. So you pay a little now and a whole lot less later.
In Addition to the savings, When you list your home with us your home will be exposed to a whole new buyer pool that only Genuine Realty has access to.
How Much in Commissions Could I save by going with Genuine Realty?
(Let me say this first** 6% commission will be used as an example only.Real Estate Commissions are not fixed by law and you should check with local offices first.)
If the sales price of your home was say 200k then you could save anywhere from 2-5% or $4,000 to$ 10,000

How Long does the listing agreement have to be?
When you list with Genuine Realty your listing remains active until it is "SOLD" but we realize that life can throw curve balls sometimes, so you can Exit and Re-list again anytime.
Will a yard sign be provided?
Yes, All of our listings have a very loud(in Color) Yard sign that makes your listing stand out above the rest. We dont cut any corners! You hired us to get you a signature and we will leverage on all means availlable.
Will you show my property or do I have to?
We jump at the opportunity to show and sell your home we are full service and have several agents available to show your home ...even on weekends and Holidays.
What if i sell my home myself?
Well, Congratulations!!! If there is no Buyers agent involved...Then no buyers agent Commission is due at closing. you only pay .005 thats 1/2 of 1% paid AT CLOSING.
