How Come You Charge $500 upfront to list my home,lot etc... When other agents dont charge anything for this?
Its Simple...The upfront money goes to marketing your home "the right way"...not the Fluffy Way. So you pay a little now and a whole lot less later.
In Addition to the savings, When you list your home with us your home will be exposed to a whole new buyer pool that only Genuine Realty has access to.
How Much in Commissions Could I save by going with Genuine Realty?

If the sales price of your home was say 200k then you could save anywhere from 2-5% or $4,000 to$ 10,000

How Long does the listing agreement have to be?
When you list with Genuine Realty your listing remains active until it is "SOLD" but we realize that life can throw curve balls sometimes, so you can Exit and Re-list again anytime.

Will you show my property or do I have to?
