Its Really Simple, you pay $500 upfront & We list your home in the local MLS systems and national Realtor.com. Your home also will be syndicated(ONLINE) with several hundred other websites. We give our customers the choice what they want to pay the buyers agent in the MLS Area Generally thats 2.5% of the selling price and all Genuine Realty collects at the closing is 1/2 of 1%...so in essence you would pay around half of what you would pay with a traditional real estate office thats  HALF...

but, it gets better! what if Genuine Realty Sells your home? then you only pay 2% thats it!! that could be a 4% SAVINGS.
