My family moved to Cleveland ,TN in 2006. I was asked to move here and broker a real estate company. After having just moved from Florida to Chattanooga TN.... I didn't even know Cleveland TN existed. So I ended up commuting for several months driving to Cleveland TN from Chattanooga and I must say, "We Love Cleveland". Coming from a larger metropolis in Orlando Florida Cleveland seemed like the perfect little-big town to raise our family. The locals are very friendly, warm and receptive, unlike some larger communities where you could spend your whole life in a town and like (Orlando) being such a transient community never really get to know anyone. I can honestly say that we have intentions on staying in Cleveland for a very long time and have zero regrets about moving to Cleveland.
Cleveland TN, is the 5th largest industrial city in the state with 12 Fortune 500 manufacturers.
If you enjoy Coca Cola, Dasani Water, or M&M Mars, use Coppertone or Dr. Scholl products, own a Whirlpool, Kenmore, Tapan appliance, a Catnapper recliner, use Duracell Batteries, or if you wear a Hardwick Suit or Orvis Blazer, there’s a good chance it was produced or manufactured right here in Cleveland, TN.
We are home of Lee University, and Cleveland State College. Lee is the second largest privately owned universities in the state, second only to Vanderbilt.

The local real estate market has been somewhat unscathed when you look at the overall picture of our national recession. Although Cleveland TN has had it's share of foreclosures we also have been fortunate to be in such a great geographic location with many recent industrial investors (local & international) boosting our local communities.
